Kirsten Mercer is a litigation counsel and strategic advisor with deep expertise in human rights, workplace and constitutional law, and gender justice. A former member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal and senior political advisor at both the federal and provincial levels, Kirsten brings a rare combination of legal precision, political insight, and feminist leadership to her work. She is the founder of Mercer Advocates, where she represents clients in complex civil and administrative matters, focusing on justice, integrity, and impact.
